Cross Platform Training
Train anytime, anywhere with Quick Hands Hockey.
Train On Your Mobile Device
Our app is available on newer Apple devices and android.
Flexible Puck Options
All you need is a puck handling surface, preferably a white board and black puck.
Lag Free Training
For the best experience, we recommend using a tripod to angle your device at your playing surface, and using a USB to HDMI cable to connect to your TV for a lag free experience.

Here’s What You Need
Make the most of Quick Hands Hockey training with our cross platform compatibility. We recommend using a whiteboard and black puck, but you can also track with a green or orange puck.
- Puck – Black/Orange/Green Tracking Supported
- White Playing Surface – Clean Synthetic Ice Recommended
- Phone Stand – Mount Camera 2-3ft above player surface on angle from in front.
- USB – HDMI Phone adapter – To connect to TV for minimal lag.

Better Way to Train
Quick Hands Hockey is a modern performance training platform built for players who want better hands, quicker decisions, and more confidence with the puck — without needing a full gym setup or expensive equipment.
We’re combining simple, repeatable drills with interactive mini-games and real-time feedback to make training more engaging and easier to stick with. Whether you’re warming up at home, working on off-ice skills, or looking for a fun way to build speed and control, Quick Hands Hockey helps you train with purpose.

Coming Soon
Our app is currently in its final testing phase
